GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ADMISSION TO
BALVATIKA 1 (NURSERY) UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY
Session: 2026-27

Registration :

Registration Forms are available through the following options (choose any one):

a. Offline Form: Available at the School Reception on all working days from 04.12.25 to
27.12.25 between 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*Last date for submission of Registration Form is 27.12.2025

b. Online Form: Can be filled and submitted online from website of the school (www.richharvestschool.com)

Hard copy of the online filled Registration Form must be submitted at the time of admission along with the documents.

Eligible Age Criteria:

Age of the child should be more than 3 years but less than 4 years as on 31.3.2026 as per the instructions issued by Department of Education.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Registration:

Self-attested copies of the following documents to be enclosed with the registration form, otherwise the form will be rejected without giving any notice.

1. Date of Birth Of The Child:

• Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
• In case, name of child is not mentioned on the Birth Certificate, please submit an Affidavit mentioning the name of child.

2. Residence Proof:

• Voter I-card / Passport of any of the parent.
• Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill / Water bill. (Please submit copy of latest bill).
• Aadhaar card of child and both parents.

For distance, it is mandatory to submit the printout showing correct distance using Google maps from residence to school.

3. Sibling:

• School ID card / Latest Fee Receipt/ Report Card.

4. Alumni:

• Class XII Marksheet / Certificate or School passing certificate.

5. Caste Certificate:

• SC/ST/OBC issued by the Revenue department, if any.

6. Medical Fitness Certificate

• In case of child with special needs must be submitted at the time of admission.

Kindly Note:

• Information filled in the form must match with the supporting documents.
• In case of Incorrect /Incomplete Registration form or required documents, the application will be rejected without giving any intimation.
• All documents in original must be brought for verification at the time of admission.
